How optional extras work

    We confirm the price, what is included, and payment instructions before you decide.

  3. Confirm and pay

    Once you approve the quote, pay Bali Interns using the confirmed payment method.

  4. We coordinate

    We arrange the service with the provider and keep you updated until it is confirmed.

Optional extras are not included in the €250 placement package unless we explicitly say so. Availability, eligibility, the provider’s own terms and any service-specific requirements still apply, and nothing is booked or paid to a provider until we confirm it with you.

    How visa assistance works

    Official eligibility, processing and approval decisions remain with the Indonesian authorities, and processing times can vary.
